Since the Spring Garden area and Spring Garden Road in particular are acknowledged to be the busiest pedestrian area east of Montreal, the mix of retail business and the retail opportunities are ever-changing.  Beyond retail is a whole business and professional community attracted by the vibrance of the area, its proximity to the hospitals and universities (Dalhousie, King's and Saint Mary's) and the convenience of Spring Garden as a business location. 

The area is adjacent to the downtown and government offices with excellent restaurants at hand yet in an environment where employees may take a lunch-time stroll amongst the greenery of the Public Gardens.   As a result we see ING Bank, American Express, call centres,  strong medical presence, architects, consultants, executive search professionals and engineers all enjoying this proximity and convenience in a relaxed setting.
