Now in its fourth year, Booktoberfest is a vibrant literary celebration hosted by the Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia (WFNS) in partnership with Halifax Public Libraries. This annual book fair showcases the incredible talent of Nova Scotia’s literary community, with:
60+ local authors selling and signing their latest books
7 local publishers and literary magazines on site
Free creative writing workshops
Live author readings
All-day literary fun for book lovers of all ages
